Upon checkout, deposit is required to secure your spot. This deposit is non- refundable even if appointment is cancelled.
You may reschedule twice with paid deposit. After that another deposit in the same amount is required.
Accidents happen! I am not perfect, so I am happy to fix any mistakes I have made free of charge.
Fading of color, lack of maintenance or failure to take care of things like extensions is NOT VALID for a re-do, as I did not make these mistakes. Fixing said mistakes requires a regular maintenance appointment.
NO refunds are given as the service was provided, but as previously stated I do fix mistakes that happened on my behalf.
If you received the look and color you asked for but were not satisfied with your decision you cannot have a re-do as i achieved desired results. (i.e: you went darker for fall and realized you like being blonde better)
